We know…you don’t want to be here, and we don’t want you to have to be here. We don’t usually do wait lists, but since this is the last GTR, we are making an exception. To make things easy on us, here’s how this is going to work:
- Fill out the information on the list below and hit SUBSCRIBE.
- The wait list is first come, first served. There are currently 8 teams on the list.
- As people drop out, we will contact the next team on the wait list.
- You will have 24 hours to register. If you do not, we go to the next team on the list.
Some things to be aware of:
- This is for GTR only. The Pre-Tour is way oversold and there is not a wait list.
- April 20th is the GTR cancellation deadline. We get most of our cancellations from April 10-20.
- Our dropout rate is 5-10%. That’s 5-10 spots if things go as usual. This has not been a usual year.
- By April 20th, our hotel blocks are gone. You will have to make your own Covington hotel arrangements (which you can do now if you want and cancel later). We are staying at the Home2 Suites, Holiday Inn Express and Hampton Inn.
